MindFuel isn’t just a healthy & fresh eating company- we’re a community built around a strong mindset! Its literally called MIND-FUEL 🙂 Founded in 2015 by myself (Dee) & my wife (Bre) – we took to the industry with one thing in mind – to DISRUPT the poor eating habits of our community. With the combined backgrounds of former Gold’s Gym Manager / Elite Trainer (Dee) and Nursing and weight management certifications from Bre – we knew that if we were able to change the poor eating habits we all go through one meal at a time, we could eventually make a huge impact in our community and possibly start a healthy movement.

Our chefs take all the peace of mind out of the leg work so you do not have to. Once prepared, packaged & refrigerated, our driving team then comes in and delivers your fresh prepared meals directly to your door on the day you choose [Sunday or Monday]. Note: Pickup Option Available
Your meals are completely Ready-to-Eat. Each entree displays name of meal and macros directly on them. When you receive your meals please Refrigerate. Once you are ready to eat, simply pop open one side of your meal container & heat at your convenience. Enjoy!
